I am back...
Had to put the program on hold because had "little" downs.. for almost three weeks!
Main reasons not enough sleep :]]] + looking for a job and being out few times (my friend had a baby).
Next two weeks I am planning to have a crash course so I can catch up with you :]
Thx 4 comments :] really helped me to get back into it before I've expected it.

hey buddy, you cant just leave. I am glad you are back. Stick with the program, eat right, get results (as you had) and share them with us.
i new you would be back! i kept checkin while you were gone.forget about catching up just do the programme day by day.
